Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and staff induction.
• Support employee relations, engagement, and wellness initiatives.
• Organize training and sustainability-focused learning programs.
• Assist in performance management and staff development.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Promote diversity, inclusion, and green workplace culture.
Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ HR experience (sustainability, environment or manufacturing preferred).
• HR certification (CHRP, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passion for sustainability and employee well-being.
